OPEN TO ALL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES/DC WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER WHO OWN AT LEAST ONE (1) DOG.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND PARTICIPANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

General Mills Blue Buffalo “Love Made Fresh Dog Tax Credit” is a sweepstakes promotion (“Promotion”) sponsored by General Mills, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 1 General Mills Blvd., Minneapolis, MN 55426, and is administered by Promotion Management Center, Inc. (“Administrator”), 31205 Falcon Avenue, Stacy, MN 55079.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion Period begins on March 23, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on April 17, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT. The Administrator’s computer is the official clock for the Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States/D.C. and who are at least eighteen [18] years old at time of entry and who own at least one (1) dog at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, independent contractors (including influencers and endorsers) and agents of Sponsor, Chewy, Inc., Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers involved in the Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), as well as the members of each of their immediate families (i.e., spouse, parent, grandparent, sibling, child, grandchild and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, all lineal descendants, including those by adoption, regardless of where they reside) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Participation in the Promotion constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these “Official Rules” and Sponsor’s/Administrator’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION: During the Promotion Period, the Participant will access www.BlueBuffaloDogTaxCredit.com (“Promotion Website”). Once on the Promotion Website, Participant will be required to fill out entry form with their first and last name, email address, age, and street address including city, state and zip code, and may require an email to verify your account. (P.O. Box will not be accepted).

   Then, Participants must check the box indicating that they have read, understand and agree to these Official Rules. (If this box is not checked, entry will not be accepted.) Participants will have the option to upload a photo of their dog (not required for participation; including a photo of one’s dog will not increase a person’s odds of winning any prize; should a Participant include a photo of their dog, Sponsor makes no representation or warranty of any kind that it will use such photo and refraining from use of the photo will not result in any liability to Sponsor.) By uploading a photo, you grant Sponsor a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the photo for any purpose, including marketing and promotional materials. Entry must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM CT on April 17, 2026, to be valid.

4. RESTRICTIONS ON PROMOTION ENTRY; INSTANT WIN:

   There is a limit of four (4) entries per household.

   Use of automated, robotic or programmed means of entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of entry form does not constitute proof of Sponsor’s/Administrator’s receipt of same or proof of entry. After submitting an entry, Sponsor/Administrator will acknowledge receipt of same via a confirmation page. (Such acknowledgment is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator.)

   On the confirmation page, please disable pop-up ad blocker. The Participant may receive notification via pop-up window that he/she is a potential winner (SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION) of an Instant Win Prize of a Dog Food from Chewy. Potential Instant Win Prize winners will be selected at random based on the operation of Administrator’s algorithm, WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.

   A Participant who is a potential winner of an Instant Win Prize must click the “Redeem Now” button in the pop-up window and follow the posted instructions to claim the Instant Win Prize. The Instant Win Prize MUST BE REDEEMED BY PARTICIPANT AT THE TIME THAT HE/SHE IS NOTIFIED OF BEING AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE WINNER. IF PARTICIPANT CLOSES THE POP-UP WINDOW PRIOR TO CLICKING THE “REDEEM NOW” BUTTON OR OTHERWISE FAILS TO FOLLOW ALL POSTED INSTRUCTIONS, THE INSTANT WIN PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT LIABILITY OF ANY KIND TO SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR.

   To redeem Instant Win Prize, Participant must provide Promotional Code‡ from pop-up window; it is the sole responsibility of Participant to properly record Promotional Code. (If Promotional Code is not properly recorded or not recorded at all by Participant, Promotion Entities will not have any liability.) Participant then must log into his/her account on www.chewy.com; if Participant does not have an account on www.chewy.com, he/she may create an account for free by providing their e-mail address and creating a password (or accepting a one-time code from www.chewy.com). After logging in/creating account on www.chewy.com, Participant then selects 1lb. or 1.5lb. (case of four (4)) sizes (subject to availability) and enters the Promotional Code at check-out. Upon successful completion of the prize claim procedure, the Instant Win Prize will be sent to Participant at the street address provided to Chewy upon checkout. Allow up to one (1) week from successful completion of prize claim procedure to receive Instant Win Prize/Dog Food. Code to be redeemed by 11:59:59 PM CT on 4/23/2026. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER MATERIALS IN LIEU OF A PARTICIPANT’S COMPLIANCE WITH THE PRIZE CLAIM PROCEDURE.

   ‡Promotional Code is good for one-time use only by Participant who received the notification of winning Instant Win Prize via pop-up window. Any attempted transfer voids Promotional Code and may constitute fraud. Promotional Code cannot be used for prior product purchases, product returns, or exchanges at www.chewy.com. Promotional Code cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, promotion or offer at www.chewy.com. Promotional Code is not redeemable for cash and is void if used other than in accordance with prize claim instructions. Sponsor and Administrator disclaim any liability for electronic, programming, or other error in using Promotional Code on www.chewy.com.

   IF AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE IS FORFEITED OR UNCLAIMED FOR ANY REASON, SUCH INSTANT WIN PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

   Any dispute as to the identity of Participant will be resolved by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion. IMPORTANT: If entering via a mobile device, message and data rates apply. Not all mobile telephone providers carry the necessary service to participate in this Promotion. Participants should consult their wireless provider’s pricing plans.

5. GRAND PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION & NOTIFICATION. On or about April 20, 2026, to determine the Grand Prize winners, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. (For clarity, whether or not a given Participant wins an Instant Win Prize will not affect his/her ability to enter the random drawing for a chance to win a Grand Prize.) The potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by email, beginning on or about April 23, 2026, and must agree to accept the Grand Prize within three (3) business days of date of Grand Prize winner notification. As part of procedure for accepting Grand Prize, Sponsor/Administrator may require potential Grand Prize winner to provide satisfactory proof of dog ownership. Provided that potential Grand Prize winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules has been verified, they will receive the Grand Prize no earlier than June 15, 2026, at the street address provided on their entry.

   Participants understand and agree that Sponsor/Administrator will utilize commercially reasonable efforts to contact potential Grand Prize winner and expressly waive any claim challenging the effectiveness and nature of such notification efforts.

   Potential Grand Prize winner will be disqualified, and the corresponding Grand Prize forfeited without compensation of any kind in the event of any of the following: (i) potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted by Sponsor/Administrator including if initial notification or the Grand Prize itself is undeliverable for any reason (with respect to initial notification, filtering or other operation of potential Grand Prize winner’s email service provider; with respect to Grand Prize, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate street address); (ii) potential Grand Prize winner fails to accept the Grand Prize; or (iii) if Sponsor/Administrator determine in their sole discretion that the potential Grand Prize winner is not eligible (including inability of Sponsor/Administrator to verify accuracy of potential Grand Prize winner’s email address, if applicable) or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. If potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified, the forfeited Grand Prize may be awarded in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received.

6. PRIZES & ODDS:

   Grand Prize (200) - $1,000 “tax credit”† awarded in the form of a physical Prepaid Visa® card (subject to terms and conditions of issuer).

   Use your Visa Prepaid card anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the U.S. The card may not be used at any merchant, including internet and mail or telephone order merchants, outside of the U.S. Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.

   †GRAND PRIZE IS NOT ISSUED BY THE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE OR ANY STATE/COUNTY/LOCAL OR OTHER TAX AUTHORITY.

   Instant Win Prize (1,500‡) - Dog Food from Chewy awarded in the form of a Promotional Code redeemable at www.chewy.com. Terms and conditions of Chewy, Inc. apply to redemption of Promotional Code for Instant Win Prize; see also Rule 4 above. Approximate Retail Value: up to $39.92 each.

   ‡In no event will more than 1,500 Instant Win Prizes be awarded. If due to programming, technological, mechanical, printing, electronic or other error of any kind, more than 1,500 Participants are notified that they are potential Instant Win Prize winners, Sponsor/Administrator will award 1,500 Instant Win Prizes via a random drawing from among all such eligible prize claimants, excluding any Instant Win Prizes that have already been awarded.

   Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: Up To $259,880.00.

   Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the random drawing.

   Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the operation of Administrator’s algorithm as well as the number of submitted entries.

7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: There is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize per household, family or address. There is a limit of four (4) Instant Win Prizes per household, family or address. Any prize must be accepted as awarded and no prize substitution is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor and only then for prize of equal value. Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable by winners for cash except, for Grand Prize, as may be required by applicable law. Winner is solely responsible for any and all unspecified costs and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize(s). Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable taxes on the value of the Prize(s). Prizes are not transferable except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

   By accepting Prize(s), winner agrees to the use of their name, address (city, state), likeness, character, photograph, voice, other indicia of persona, statements made by them regarding the Prize(s), Sponsor or the Promotion and the photo of their dog (if provided), for advertising, trade and publicity purposes by Sponsor and its designees without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Nothing herein in any obligates Sponsor to make use of such rights and its failure to do so will not result in any liability to winner.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Promotion, participants agree that the Promotion Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers and each their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable notifications (including but not limited to Instant Win Prize notification); (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/Website/UseNet accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to Participants or to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion; and (viii) entries or notifications that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

   By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Promotion, including, but not limited to, any Promotion-related activity or element thereof, and the participant’s entry or inability to participate in the Promotion or use Prize[s] (if applicable); (b) acceptance, receipt, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, or participant’s own negligence in connection with the use of Prize[s] (if applicable); (c) any change in a Prize (if applicable); (d) human error; (e) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (f) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed Prize[s] (if applicable); or (g) the negligence or willful misconduct by a participant.

   If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or proceed with the Promotion and make the prizes available to be won in a manner it deems fair and reasonable.

   WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. DISPUTES: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS TO CONTRACTS BEING MADE AND PERFORMED THEREIN, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CHOICE OF LAW/CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES WHICH WOULD RESULT IN THE APPLICATION OF THE LAW OF ANY JURISIDICTION OTHER THAN MINNESOTA. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN MINNESOTA. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES WHICH SHALL BE NO MORE THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY PARTICIPANT AND/OR PROMOTION ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE PROMOTION PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

10. PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.generalmills.com/privacy-security/us-english-privacy-policy.

11. GENERAL: This Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Promotion entry is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any attempted form of participation in the Promotion other than as described herein is void and will result in disqualification. Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole and absolute opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or to be acting with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Promotion. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like methods to participate in the Promotion will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. Entries submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any lost, late, undeliverable/undelivered online submissions. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in Promotion materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. These Official Rules may be modified by Sponsor and/or we may cease offering the Promotion at any time. YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY NOTIFY YOU OF OTHER OFFICIAL RULES BY POSTING THEM ON THE WEBSITE (OR IN ANY OTHER REASONABLE MANNER OF NOTICE WHICH WE ELECT), AND THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AFTER SUCH NOTICE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE NEW OFFICIAL RULES. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any attempted form of participation in this Promotion other than as described herein is void. CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE THE PROMOTION OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All materials submitted will not be returned.

12. WINNERS’ LIST: The names of winners (first name, last initial; state) will be posted on the Website after May 1, 2026.
